Giblins: Fantasy Builder is perhaps best compared to Fallout Shelter. It’s a mobile game in which players will make their own fantasy castle and underground factory, of sorts. Players will build different rooms, whether they be below-ground mines or forges, or above-ground theaters or bars. Giblins are then placed in the rooms to make them active. It’s all in effort to bring in resources and cash, to continue making an enormous fantasy castle all built and run by Giblins.

A short trailer for Giblins: Fantasy Builder shows off some of the more meta-design of the game. For example, the Giblins’ forge is shown with an axe being built. Below the axe is a time saying “33h 38m,” so it’s safe to assume that Giblins: Fantasy Builder employs a lot of time gating. Also below the axe icon is a fast-forward symbol along with a count of 91 jewels. So it’s also safe to assume that players will be able to use monetized currencies to skip time gating, as they please.
For those interested, Giblins: Fantasy Builder is now available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, as well as via the Huawei AppGallery. Behaviour’s mobile division may not be anything like its console game division, but Giblins may be worth checking out regardless just for a goofy mobile time-waster.
Giblins: Fantasy Builder is available now on iOS and Android devices.
